A psychologist by training, Pascaline is responsible for bringing La Cité to life.
Pascaline is the new linchpin of La Cité’s operations. As the administrator in charge of day-to-day management, she is always ready to listen to the tenants’ needs. Please feel free to contact her with any questions or requests.
Legal & Strategic Projects Lead
Olivier LE BOULENGÉ
A former lawyer, Olivier is a specialist in labour law and association law.
After nearly three years directing La Cité, he now refocuses his work on supporting members.
Olivier is the driving force behind the Carrefour des Associations and Milo.
For any legal or association‑related question, he is your go‑to person.
Olivier also serves as an administrator and delegated administrator.
Building Manager
Philippe CORDERO
Behind every door that closes properly and every light that switches on at the right moment, there’s Philippe!
As Building Manager, he is our everyday guardian angel.
From small technical issues to major renovation projects, Philippe watches over our facilities (and our comfort!) with an expert eye and contagious enthusiasm. His goal: to make everyone feel at home here.
Reception and Room Management
Nina SERCER
Nina is the first face of La Cité and the person who ensures the smooth functioning of all our rooms.
At reception, she welcomes every visitor with professionalism and kindness. Behind the scenes, she coordinates bookings, prepares the spaces, monitors occupancy and ensures that every activity unfolds in optimal conditions. Thanks to her sense of organisation and attention to detail, Nina keeps the entire place running smoothly, from the first contact to the setup of the rooms.
President of the Board
Mohamed AZOUZI
Mohamed Azouzi sits on the Board as the representative of SOS Citizens, an association committed to defending citizens facing administrative abuses — from unfair procedures to disputes with municipal services or parking agencies.
As the new President, he shares daily management with Pascaline Braun and Olivier Le Boulengé, and ensures the link between the operational team and the Board of Administration.
He represents non‑tenant members and helps maintain a governance that is balanced, transparent, and firmly focused on citizens’ rights.

Adeline HEYMANS
Adeline Heymans sits on the Board as the representative of the ASBL Oplic, an organisation specialised in collective intelligence facilitation, internal communication training and the design of participatory events.
As Board Member and Secretary, she represents the non‑tenant members and helps ensure governance that is attentive, collaborative and rooted in the human dynamics that shape daily life in the Cité.
With her expertise in building connections, mobilising groups and supporting organisational change, she contributes to structured, transparent management grounded in collective intelligence.

Laure PANDANZYLA
Laure Pandanzyla sits on the Board as the representative of the ASBL Missionnaires Solidaires, an organisation committed to social action, mutual support and assistance to people facing hardship. As Board Member and Treasurer, she represents the tenants of the Cité and ensures that their needs, rights and daily realities are fully reflected in governance decisions. Through her role, she contributes to responsible, solidarity‑driven management that remains attentive to the human issues shaping life within the Cité.

Roberto DE PRIMIS
Roberto De Primis sits on the Board of Administration as an independent Board Member.
As President of the Francophone Circle for European Affairs, he brings recognised expertise in diplomacy, institutional relations and the analysis of European policy issues.
His role within the Cité strengthens balanced, rigorous and forward‑looking governance, ensuring high‑quality decision‑making and coherent strategic direction.
